Click and collect is available free of charge from our Ballymoney store. Please await receipt of our ‘ready for collection’ email before visiting the store to collect your parcel. We will hold your parcel in store for 14 days, if the parcel is not collected within this time the order will be cancelled, items returned to stock and payment refunded.
Returns
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if it is not up to scratch, don’t worry, just send it back to us within 28 days and providing it is in its original condition with tags attached, we’ll gladly refund or exchange it for you.
